摘  要:结合个体停车行为和意向调查数据,对影响停车个体选择提高停车场服务水平方案的相关因素进行分析,初步确定出影响停车个体选择改进方案的特性变量及相应的取值方法,建立停车场服务水平改进方案选择的MNL模型。模型的标定结果可供停车设施规划决策人员参考,在资金、土地、人力等条件有限的情况下,解决车辆停车最亟待解决的问题,以最大限度地提高停车场服务水平。Combined with the data obtained through surveying the parking action and will of each driver,the factors influencing the decision about choosing the projects improving park's service level made by drivers are analyzed,and the characteristic variables and their corresponding value which affects the selection of improvement projects about parks are confirmed.A Multinomial Logit Model(MNL) used for selecting park's service level improvement projects is finally established.The model could provide reference for the decision-maker in park's facility programming.The final result may solve the most serious problem of park in the condition of the limitation of capital,ground,manpower and so on.Finally,it could improve park's service level to the greatest extent.
