摘 要:蒸压轻质加气混凝土板和冷弯薄壁型钢在低层民居中已经作为承重结构加以应用。笔者采用非线性有限元法,研究了这两种材料组合梁的设计方法,通过不同荷载形式下应力分布的结果对比,讨论荷载形式对有效翼缘宽度的影响。并得出了各种参数下的组合梁,在塑性极限阶段的混凝土有效翼缘宽度的取值方法,并根据有效翼缘宽度得出等效矩形应力分布高度的计算方法,建立了冷弯薄壁型钢2加气混凝土组合梁塑性极限承载力计算公式。Autoclaved lightweight concrete and cold-formed thin-wall steel has been applied as structural component to low floor dwellings. The design method of cold-form thin-wall steel-autoclaved lightweight concrete composite girder is studied by using the method of nonlinear finite element. Contrasting the result of the stress distribution under different kinds of load form , the influence of load form on the effective flange width is analyzed. Under different parameters, the way to determine the effective flange width of the composite girder in plastic limit state is found , The height of the equivalent rectangle stress distribution can be calculated according to the effective flange width , and the formulas of plastic ultimate bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-wall steel-autoclaved lightweight concrete composite girder is drawn.
