退热合剂联合西药治疗外感高热症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对外感高热患者应用西药的基础上加用退热合剂的临床研究,开发治疗外感高热更加有效的中药。方法:入选的外感高热症患者117例随机分为治疗组62例和对照组55例。2组均采用西医常规内科治疗:静脉滴注头孢夫辛和利巴韦林;治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用自拟退热合剂,随临床证侯加减。结果:在临床疗效及在改善血细胞方面比较,治疗组优于对照组,经统计学处理,2组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:退热合剂联合西药治疗外感高热症疗效明显、可靠,可作为治疗外感高热病的常用中药制剂。Objective: To develop more effective traditional Chinese medicine for flu patients of high fever by the clinical study of the treatment with 'antipyretic mixture' and Western medicine.Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups and given conventional Western medical treatment of intravenous drips of cephalosporin fuxin and ribavirin,but the patients in the treatment group were added with the self-made 'antipyretic mixture',adding and subtracting with clinical symptoms.Results: The clinical effectiveness and blood cells improvement of the treatment group were better than that of the control group.The two group showed significant difference(P<0.05) statistically.Conclusion: The 'antipyretic mixture' combined Western medicine has an obvious effect on the treatment of the flu patients of high fever and can be used as a common traditional Chinese medicine preparations for high fever patients.
