摘　　要：本文在阐述公众参与城乡规划的作用与意义的基础上,以漳州市为例,对现阶段公众参与城乡规划的实施管理等方面所作的一些有益的探索和实践进行了分析,进而对如何搞好公众参与城乡规划提出了相应的对策及建议。This paper presents the role of public participation and significance of urban and rural planning,based on in Zhangzhou City,urban and rural planning at the present stage of public participation in the implementation and management made a number of useful analysis of the exploration and practice,and thus how to improve proposed public participation in urban and rural planning countermeasures and suggestions.
