摘　　要：针对塔木察格油田开发建设面临的主要困难,包括地域环境恶劣、工程建设投资高、可供基建的时间短、周边社会资源可依托性差、过境通关能力有限等,从国际油田开发建设理念、丛式井开发、优化简化地面工艺技术、标准化设计、模块化预制等几个方面提出了降低投资、快速开发建设的基本思路和技术路线,对塔木察格油田及其他类似油田的开发建设起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。During the course of development and construction,Tamtsag oilfield faced main difficulties including rugged environment,higher capital investment,shorter construction time,unfavorable social support,and limited customs clearance capacity. Basic ideas and technical approaches for cost reduction and rapid development and construction were put forward in the aspects of international oilfield development and construction principles,cluster well drilling, optimization and simplification of surface facility technology , standardized design and modularized prefabrication. It could provide reference and guidance for the development and construction of Tamtsag oilfield and other similar oilfields.
