摘  要:目的观察航经赤道当天舰员24h动态心电图的变化。方法对20名参加长航船员穿越赤道当天行24h动态心电图检查,用自身不穿越赤道时的24h动态心电图作自身对照,行窦性心律、过早搏动、ST段、QT间期离散度和心率变异性的时域、频域和非线性指标变化的分析。结果与不穿越赤道时比较,穿越赤道当天的过早搏动增多,MV5导联ST段压低的最大值和平均值增加,压低持续时间延长。结论长航航经赤道时,船员的动态心电图出现异常变化,可能与支配心脏的自主神经功能发生异常有关。Objective To observe the changes of Holter monitoring electrocardiograms(HME)of seamen on the day when they cross the equator during long-term voyage.Methods 20 seamen participating long-term voyage received HME examination on the day when they crossed the equator and other day when they didn't cross the equato.Sinus rhythm,premature beat,ST segment,QT dispersion(QTd),time domain and frequency domain of heart rate variability,and nonlinear indexes in these subjects were analyzed to study the effects of equator on the cardiac electrophysiology.Results Compared with self-controls,premature beat mutiplied,the maximum and mean value of MV5 increased,and the duration of ST segment depression prolonged when these subjects crossed the equator(P0.01).Conclusion When crossing the equator during long-term voyage,the seamen demonstrate abnormal HME changes that may be related to autonomic nervous system dysfunction.
