摘  要:氧、氮存在于钢中对钢材质量有着重要影响,本文结合炼钢各工艺点的实际控制,对两炉45#钢转炉、精炼、连铸工艺流程取样分析钢中氧、氮含量,找出炼钢各工艺环节氧、氮含量变化规律,明确炼钢生产各工艺环节降低氧、氮含量应该承担的任务,提出降低氧,氮含量的措施,有利于炼钢改进工艺,从而达到提高质量的目的。Oxygen and nitrogen which existed in steel have a detrimental effect on steel product quality.In order to find the change regularity of oxygen and nitrogen concentration in each section,and define the duty of each section in steelmaking process on reducing concentration.Combined with the practical control,the paper studies the analysis of changes in converter steelmaking,refining and casting,when No.45 steel had been producted.The author presents the methods to reduce oxygen and nitrogen content,which helps to improve the steelmaking process,so as to enhance steelmaking quality.
