摘  要:钢吊箱围堰是高桩承台施工的最重要的施工阶段之一,为了确保其安全性,需对钢吊箱施工过程的力学性能进行全面分析。根据崇启长江大桥主墩钢吊箱的施工工艺过程,首先分析了钢吊箱施工过程需要考虑的各种计算工况,然后通过ANSYS软件建立对应的有限元模型,对钢吊箱在各种施工工况下的力学性能进行了分析,给出了在各工况下钢吊箱的受力特性。分析表明:钢吊箱整体设计合理,在各个施工工况,整体应力水平较低,结构安全可靠,抽水工况为最不利工况。该分析结果对以后钢吊箱设计与施工具有指导意义。The construction of Steel Suspension Box Cofferdam(SSBC)is an important procedure for constructing elevated pile cap.To ensure its safety,the mechanical property of SSBC during its construction process should be analyzed completely.Based on the construction of Chongqi Yangtze River bridge primary pier SSBC,the analysis cases were presented.By the use of ANSYS finite element analysis software,the corresponding finite element model was set up in the article.The mechanical properties of SSBC in various working conditions were analyzed.The result shows that the intergral design of SSBC is reasonable,the whole stress level is low in every working condition,the structure is safe and reliable and water pumping is the worst working condition,which will do help the design and construction of SSBC in the future.
