摘　　要：知识经济时代的到来和建设创新型国家的宏伟目标需要创新人才,高等学校及其教学科研基地承担着重要责任。必须转变观念,强化实践教学,充分发挥高校教学科研基地作用,在师资队伍建设、教学规划、经费投入、管理考核、教学与科研相融合等方面不断探索和改革,建立以创新人才培养为核心的培养模式。Universities and their teaching and research base should undertake important responsibilities in cultivating innovative talents which are needed in the Era of knowledge economy and grand target of establishing an innovation-oriented country.Universities must change their ideas,strengthen practical teaching,play the role of teaching and research base,explore and reform in teaching staff construction,teaching programming,funds investment,inspection management,teaching and scientific research combined etc,and set up cultivation mode of training innovative talents.
