摘　　要：应急动员物流是动员物流的重要组成部分,在研究应急物流内涵及实现模式的基础上,提出以建立物流型动员中心和物流外包为核心的地方物流资源的利用模式、军队物流资源的利用模式,并重点研究常态和危态下应急动员物流与军队物流的对接模式。Emergency mobilization logistics is the important part of mobilization logistics. Based on the researches on the connotation and implementation model of emergency mobilization logistics, this paper puts forward to establish a model of using local logistics resources with building logistics-type mobilization center and logistics outsourcing as the core. Besides it also establishes a pattern of using military logistics resources and focuses on studying the linking model between emergency mobilization logistics and military logistics under normal and emergent states.
