干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果。方法150例手足口病患儿随机分为3组:Ⅰ组肌注干扰素,同时静脉滴注炎琥宁,每日1次,连用3d;Ⅱ组单用干扰素;Ⅲ组单用炎琥宁。3组予相同的对症支持治疗。观察所有患儿退热时间、手足皮疹及口腔溃疡消退时间。结果Ⅰ组总有效率较Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组明显高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),Ⅰ组在退热时间、手足皮疹及口腔溃疡愈合方面均优于Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病疗效明显优于单用干扰素或单用炎琥宁。Objective Tovaluatetheefficacyofinterferon plus andrographolide for children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 150 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease children were randomly divided into 3 groups：Ⅰ group were injected with interferon,and intravenous infusion of andrographolide,1 day,once every 3 d;Ⅱ group interferon;Ⅲ group alone andrographolide Ning.3 group were the same symptomatic treatment.Observation time for all children with fever,rash and hand,foot and mouth ulcers subside time.Results The toutal seffective rate of Ⅰ group was higher than Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group（P〈0.05）,but there was no significantly differance between Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group（P0〉.05）.Ⅰ group was better than Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group in temperature decreasing and curing of skin rash and mouth ulcer（P〈0.05）,but there was no significantly difference between Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group.Conclusion Interferon plus andrographolide are more effective than silmple interferon and silmple andrographolide in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children.
