多效唑对珐菲亚基部节间生长及干物质积累的影响

摘　　要：目的采用多效唑调节珐菲亚的地上部分,以期达到控茎促根的作用。方法在珐菲亚旺长盛期,用不同浓度的多效唑进行喷施处理。结果喷施后能有效地缩短珐菲亚基部节间的长度,使基部节间茎增粗,促进根部生长,从而增强了抗倒伏能力。结论多效唑在珐菲亚上使用是安全有效的。Objective To solve the over growth of stem and to stimulate the root growing development of Pfaffia paniculata by paclobutrazol treated.Methods Spraying of paclobutrazol with different concentration to Pfaffia paniculata was done during the growing acme.Results The length of basal internode of Pfaffia paniculata was restrained,meanwhile the stem growth of basal internode and the root growth was promoted was promoted efficiently,thus the ability of preventing lodge was strendthened.Conclusion Paclobutrazol could be used safely and efficiently as growth regulating agent on Pfaffia paniculata.
