垫江牡丹的原植物调查及其丹皮的显微鉴别

摘　　要：目的调查鉴别垫江牡丹的不同栽培类型,为牡丹遗传多样性提供依据。方法不同栽培类型的大田植株调查,丹皮药材的粉末显微特征鉴别。结果垫江牡丹主产区主要栽培类型有粉红色重瓣类型、粉红色单瓣类型和白花单瓣类型,掌握了各栽培类型的植株形态及其相应药材的粉末显微特征。结论各栽培类型植株形态差异和显微特征差异较大,可作为牡丹药材种质资源研究和药材质量研究的科学依据。Objective To study the characteristics and microscopic identification of the original plant of Cortex Paeoniae to provide basis for its genetic diversity research.Methods Different cultivated types were investigated form in field and to identify its powdered characteristics of medicinal materials.Results There are three main cultivated form,pink double flower,pink simple flower and white simple flower,and mastered its plant morphology and microscopic identification characteristics.Conclusion There is great difference in cultivated form and microscopic characteristics,and provided a reference for germplasm resources and quality of medicinal materials research.
