摘　　要：目的调查我国金银花主产区的种质资源,为其资源评价和优良种质的选育奠定基础。方法在盛花期和非盛花期,依据植株形态差异,结合药农生产经验,对各主产区金银花种质进行调查、收集与初步鉴定。结果收集种质50余份,分别进行了形态标记与迁地种植,在山东平邑建立了金银花种质资源圃;基本查清了全国各主产区金银花的主流种质。结论通过调查和道地性剖析,确定山东平邑、河南新密为金银花的道地产区,河南封丘、河北巨鹿为金银花的新产区,山东平邑是中国金银花种质资源分布中心;并对道地产区与新产区、种质资源研究中存在的问题等进行了分析,提出了解决途径。Objective To investigate the germplasm resources of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae in main produce area to lay a foundation for evaluating resources and breeding good germplasm.Methods In full bloom and out of bloom,the germplasm resources of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae were surveyed,collected and identified according to the difference of morphological characters of plants and the experience of the medicinal materials planter.Results More than 50 germplasms were collected,marked and transplanted,the garden of germplasm resources of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae were built in Pingyi,Shandong province.Conclusion The existent problems about produce area and germplasm resources were analyzed and some suggestions and methods were provided.
