摘 要:目的提取分离不同极性的金钗石斛生物碱。方法金钗石斛经提取、浓缩、萃取等不同过程,得到脂溶性生物碱、弱极性生物碱、低极性生物碱及水溶性生物碱。结果确定金钗石斛生物碱提取率的最佳条件为,80%乙醇提取3次,每次3h。结论本方法能较好地分离不同极性的石斛生物碱,为生物碱的开发利用奠定了基础。Objective To extract and separate different polarity alkaloid from Noble dendrobium.Methods Extracting the Dendrobium nobile's powder by ethanol,falling film concentration,acidification,salting,extraction;washing,recycling the chloroform and finally the fat-soluble alkaloids was be obtained.The weak polar alkaloid can be obtained by acidification,extracting and recycling the chloroform.The acidic water layer which was acidified and concentrated was extracted with chloroform and alkalized.Then low-polar alkaloids was be received.After alkaline the water layer extracted with n-butanol,saturation water washed and recovered water.then water-soluble alkaloids was be obtained.Results The result showed that the best technology are that 80% alcohol extracted extracting 3 times for 3 h each time.Conclusion Lay the foundation for the using of alkaloids with the successful separation of the different polarity of Dendrobium alkaloids.
