摘　　要：知识失业是指受过较高教育的知识劳动力处于不得其用的状态,其主体是具备一定知识和专业的知识劳动者。近几年,知识失业成为社会广泛关注的社会问题之一。知识失业会对就业者产生重大的社会、心理影响。分析大学生知识失业带来的心理危机的原因,提出解决知识失业问题的对策具有重要现实意义。Knowledge Unemployment is referred that the higher-educated knowledge labor is not used,but its subject is knowledge workers that own a certain degree of knowledge and profession.In recent years,more and more people have paid more attention to the social problem of educated unemployment.Important influence is made to employees by the educated unemployment.The reasons that cause psychology crisis of college educated unemployment are analyzed and the countermeasure to deal with the educated unemployment is put forward in this paper and these are important to related policies.
