“学习型组织”理论在大学生社区学风建设中的应用

摘　　要："学习型组织"理论作为当今最前沿的管理理论之一,在管理学界已得到广泛应用。将该理论应用于大学生社区学风建设,旨在提升大学生的学习能力,培养团队合作精神,强化寝室在高校学风建设中的重要作用。以寝室为单位建立"学习型寝室",形成个体—寝室—社区—学校的学风加强体系,并提出具体的措施及长效机制,对高校社区学风建设具有一定的借鉴意义。As one of the most forefront management theories nowadays,the theory of ＂learning-centered organization＂ has been widely applies in the field of management. This article applies the theory of ＂learning-centered organization＂ in building learning spirits in University Students Community to upgrade the learning ability of university students,cultivate the spirit of teamwork,strengthen the important role of dormitories in building learning spirits of universities.It is meaningful and significant to set up ＂learning dormitory＂ in the unit of dormitory,to form enhancement of the system of individual-dormitory-community,and put forward specific measures and long-term mechanism of ＂learning dormitory＂.
