摘　　要：外来劳动力与区域产业结构的相互影响,直接影响区域产业结构的升级换代,进而影响当地的经济发展。本文通过对宁波的外来劳动力与宁波产业结构的影响因素的分析研究,提出了宁波外来劳动力结构水平与产业结构升级相适应的对策建议。The interaction between migrant labor and regional industrial structure will affect the upgrading and the updating of the regional indusial structure and will further affect the local economic development. This paper analyzes the factors in the interaction between migrant labor and industrial structure in Ningbo and puts forward suggestions to make the migrant labor structure fit the upgrading and updating of the indusial structure in Ningbo.
