摘 要:本文综述废塑料基复合材料如:废电子线路板、废铝塑包装材料等,对环境生态的影响及对人体的危害;探讨了废塑料基复合材料的分离与回收的国内外状况。围绕已取得的成果,着重论述机械多级粉碎-静电分选分离回收技术;认为该粉体分离回收综合利用法具有高效分离、常温处理、不涉及化学品、无二次污染等特点;且易于实施产业化,投入产出比高,值得大力推广和应用。展望未来,作者对废塑料基复合材料分离与回收技术的发展提出了建议。The scraps of plastic- base composites, such as waste electronic circuit board and plastic- aluminum composite packing materials, have made severe influences on environment and done grave harm to the human body. The paper discusses the situation at home and abroad of the separating and recycling technology of plastic- base composite scraps and based on the current achievements, studies the mechanical eomminuting and static electricity choice technology, one of the important separating and recycling technologies and concludes that the technology mentioned above has many advantages, e.g. high separating efficiency, normal temperature dealing, non- chemicals and no secondary contamination, etc. Furthermore, it is also easily industrialized and worth applying and popularizing. Reasonable advice on the separating and recycling teehnology of plastic - base composite scraps is given at the end.
