摘 要:探讨了乳化汽油体系中,不同的乳化剂及其配比、助乳化剂、乳化方式等因素对乳化汽油稳定性的影响,并对乳化汽油的制备工艺进行了详细的研究.研究表明,以Span80、CTAB进行复配作为乳化剂,当HLB值为10.0,乳化剂用量5.0%,助乳化剂异戊醇与乳化剂的质量比约为1.0∶6.6,乳化时间30 min时,可以得到掺水量为10.0%的乳化汽油,该乳化汽油外观澄清透明,常温放置300 d外观无变化,稳定性较高.The influence of different emulsifier,mixture ratio of emulsifier,coemulsifier and emulsion process on the stability of emulsified gasoline in the gasoline emulsion system was discussed and the technical research of emulsified gasoline preparation was explored.The result indicated that,choosing the mixture of Span80 and CTAB as the emulsifying agent,when the HLB value was 10.0,the emulsifier at the percent of 5.0% and the mass ratio of coemulsifier,isoamyl alcohol,to the emulsifier was 1.0∶6.6,it prepared the emulsified gasoline with a water proportion of 10.0% after emulsifying in 30 min.The emulsified gasoline appearances were clarified and transparent.Moreover,it could hold over 300 d at the normal temperature with high stability.
