摘  要:目的研究广州地区医院护理管理者的压力状况、应对方式,进一步探讨其对身心健康的影响。方法应用护士工作压力源量表、简易应对方式问卷、自测健康评定量表对广州地区7家三级甲等医院150名护理管理者进行问卷调查,观察护理管理者工作压力,应对方式以及自测健康状况,并研究三者之间的相关性。结果150名护理管理者工作压力总分为(77.47±10.46)分;主要压力维度为工作量及时间分配方面的压力,主要的压力源为工作量太大;上班时的书面工作太多;非护理性工作太多;护理工作的社会地位很低;工资太低。工作压力与自测健康呈负相关性(P<0.01),积极应对方式与自测健康呈正相关性(P<0.01),消极应对方式与自测健康呈负相关性(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者压力源以工作量及时间分配方面为主。护理管理者工作压力、应对方式与自测健康呈相关性。Objective To understand the conditions of working stress and coping style of nursing managers in hospitals of Guangzhou,and to explore the influence on their physical and mental health.Methods Nurse Working Stress Source Table,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Self-Rated Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0 were used to survey 150 nursing managers in seven hospitals of Guangzhou,and correlations among the three were analyzed.Results The managers’s working stress score was(77.47±10.46).Major pressure dimension as the distribution of the workload and time,the main source of stress as too much heavy workload,too much paperwork,too many non-nursing work,low social status about nursing work,wages were too low.Working stress had an obvious negative correlation with self-rated health,active coping style was positively correlated to self-rated health,while negative coping style negatively correlated(P〈0.01).Conclusion The managers’ working stress is at the severe level,major pressure dimension as the distribution of the workload and time.There are correlations among working stress,coping style and self-rated health of nursing managers.
