摘  要:在对全液压推土机液压驱动系统变量泵的机械效率、容积效率、总效率进行分析的基础上,对某型号变量液压泵效率试验数据进行了拟合,分别做出了相应的效率曲线,进而分析了变量液压泵效率变化规律及其在高效区工作需要满足的条件,为全液压推土机的变量泵的匹配与控制提供了依据。Efficiency tests data of some type variable displacement hydraulic pump was fitted based on the analysis about mechanical efficiency,volumetric efficiency and overall efficiency of hydraulic driving system variable displacement pump which was matched in full hydraulic bulldozer. Efficiency curves were plotted and the efficiency variation regulations of variable displacement hydraulic pump and the required work conditions in high efficiency were analyzed. The regulations and the work conditions in high efficiency can provide some foundations for the match and control of variable displacement hydraulic pump.
