善胃Ⅰ号方对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过观察善胃Ⅰ号方对胃癌前病变模型大鼠胃黏膜Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响,从细胞凋亡角度探讨该方干预胃癌前病变的作用机制。方法:将80只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为四组,即正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组和善胃Ⅰ号方组,每组20只,造模24周后开始给予药物干预,给药6周后,采用免疫组化法检测大鼠胃黏膜中Bcl-2和Bax蛋白的表达水平。结果:善胃Ⅰ号方组Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率较模型对照组及阳性药物对照组(P<0.05)均降低,较正常对照组明显增高(P(0.05),善胃Ⅰ号方组Bax蛋白的阳性表达率较模型对照组及阳性药物对照组明显增高(P(0.05)。结论:善胃Ⅰ号方可能通过抑制胃癌前病变模型大鼠胃黏膜Bcl-2蛋白的表达并促进Bax蛋白的表达,从而促进胃癌前病变细胞凋亡对胃癌前病变的发展进行干预的。Objective：To investigate effect of Shanwei PrescriptionⅠ on gastric precancerous lesion in the role of the Qi and Yin deficiency phase,to verify its effect on gastric precancerous lesion rats Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression.Methods：80 Wistar rats of clean grade were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,retinoic acid group and Shanwei Prescription Ⅰ group,20 rats in erery group,the use of immunohistochemical detection of rat Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression.Results：The Bcl-2 protein positive expression rate of Shanwei PrescriptionⅠgroup is lower than the group of retinoic acid and model group（P〈0.05）,higher than normal control group（P 0.05）,Bax protein positive expression rate of Shanwei PrescriptionⅠ higher than the other groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shanwei PrescriptionⅠ has a good therapeutic effect against the Qi and Yin deficiency type,to some extent,it is relative to the gastric precancerous lesion cell apoptosis.
