建昌帮法焦栀子炮制工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨建昌帮法焦栀子炒碳炮制工艺。方法:以小鼠凝血时间,炭药吸附力和色泽度为评价指标,对炮制工艺影响因素进行正交实验,优选合理的炒碳炮制工艺。结果:建昌帮法栀子炒碳最佳炮制工艺确定为辅料油砂炒热均匀至220℃,炒碳时间为10min。结论:确定的炮制工艺通过验证实验,稳定可行并可以保证药效与质量。Objective：To probe the processing drugs of gardenia carbonized in Jian Chang Bang.Methods：The orthogonality experiment was used to determine the processing drugs,with the evaluation markers such as the time of cruor of the mice,the adsorbance and the colour and lustre of the drugs,to optimiaze the reasonnable conditions of the gardenia carbonized.Results：The conditions of the process were as follows：the accessories（the soil sand）was well-distributed fried to the point of 200℃ and the time should be controlled to 10min.Conclusion：The process was verified sucessfully and could undertake drug effect and the qualification.
