摘　　要：近年来,胰岛β细胞功能保护逐渐成为2型糖尿病临床治疗与科学研究的焦点,中医中药则在胰岛细胞修复与保护方面显示出特色与优势,并取得较大进展。总结了近年来中医药在胰岛细胞保护方面取得的研究进展,以期为进一步探讨胰岛细胞保护的中医药防治提供思路。The protection of islet β cell function is becoming the focus of clinical treatment and scientific research of type 2 diabetes mellitus recently.Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） has shown characteristics and advantages in repairing and protecting islet fountain,and has acquired huge progress.This paper summarizes the recent progress inβcells protection of TCM,and try to provide ideas for further study of this field.
