水蛭 地龙药材商品中总多糖含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立水蛭、地龙两种药材中总多糖含量测定方法,以评价此两种商品药材质量。方法:采用乙醚回流提取,苯酚-硫酸显色,分光光度法分别测定两种药材不同商品中总多糖的含量。结果:各样品中总多糖含量以葡萄糖计,在18.54～92.68μg范围内有良好线性关系,回归方程Y=0.0045X+0.0012(r=0.9998)。结论:采用苯酚-硫酸法,测定水蛭、地龙药材商品中总多糖含量,方法简便、可靠,可作为水蛭、地龙药材质量控制的方法。Objective：To establish the method for determining the content of total polysaccharide in Hirudo Pheretima and evaluate the quality of Hirudo Pheretima.Method：After circumfluence-extracting by phenol-vitriolic acid agent display color and adopting Ui-vis to determine the content of total polysaccharide in Hirudo Pheretima.Result：The content of total polysaccharide in Hirudo Pheretima have calculated by glucose.It has good linear correlation 18.54～92.68μg,and the linear equation of polysaccharide is Y=0.0045X＋0.0012（r=0.9998）.Conclusion：The above method to determine the content of total polysaccharide in Hirudo Pheretima is brief,the result of methodology is ideal,it can pilot quality control of the Hirudo Pheretima.
