泛油对木鳖子饮片化学成分的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较木鳖子饮片泛油前后脂肪油和总皂苷的含量变化。方法:以乙醚为溶剂,采用索氏提取法测定脂肪油的含量。以紫外分光光度法测定总皂苷的含量。结果:木鳖子泛油后脂肪油含量25.36%、总皂苷含量4.02%。结论:木鳖子走油后脂肪油减少近一半,总皂苷降低,走油木鳖子不宜药用。Objective：Compare the fat oil and total saponins contents of semen momordicae before and after oil-releasing.Methods：Use diethyl ether as dissolvent,Soxhlet extraction was used to determin the fat oil contents.Use UV to determin the total saponins contents.Results：Afer oil-releasing,the fat oil and total saponins contents of semen momordicae,separately,is 25.36% 、4.02%.Conclusions：The contents of fat oil reduce almost half,total saponins decrease.So the semen momordicae after oil-releasing canot be used as medicines.
