摘　　要：目的:分析由临床常用的8味中药组成的血管性痴呆治疗方剂的主药、辅药和相应的剂量。方法:以脑缺血小鼠模型为实验对象,采用正交t值法进行试验设计,观察不同的药物组合对模型小鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力的影响。结果:确定了药物的组成和剂量。结论:新的处方可通过改善AChE活性,从而改善血管性痴呆学习记忆能力,对血管性痴呆具有显著治疗意义。Objective：Analysis of Chinese herbal medicines by the eight composed of vascular dementia treatment of the main prescription drugs,and the corresponding dose of adjuvant.Methods：To cerebral ischemia mouse model of experimental objects,t value method using orthogonal experiment design,the effects of different drug combinations on mice brain tissue acetyl cholinesterase （Ach-E） activity effects.Results：To determine the composition of the drug and dose.Conclusion：The new prescription can be by improving the Ach-E activity in order to improve learning and memory ability in vascular dementia,vascular dementia have a significant therapeutic significance.
