摘  要:目的探讨应用临床路径对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施健康教育的效果。方法将200例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分为试验组和对照组各100例,对照组患者采用传统的健康教育方法,试验组应用临床路径对患者实施健康教育。观察2组患者健康教育后相关知识掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度、放疗并发症发生的情况。结果试验组患者健康教育后相关知识掌握程度及对护理工作的满意度提高,减轻了放疗并发症,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用临床路径对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施健康教育,可提高健康教育的质量,提高患者的满意度,减轻放疗并发症,减少患者的痛苦,使放疗顺利完成,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the effect of applying clinical pathway to implement health education to nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who performed radiation therapy.Methods 200 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who performed radiation therapy Randomly divided into experimental group and Control Group.There were 100 patients in each group.Traditional health education method was performed to the patients in Control Group and clinical pathway to implement health education to the patients in Experimental Group.Observed the circumstances of mastery of relevant knowledge,degree of satisfaction for the nursing practice and happenings of radiation therapy complications of both groups'patients after the health education.Results The degree of mastery of relevant knowledge and satisfaction for the nursing practice of the patients in Experimental Group increased and radiation therapy complications reduced after the health education,comparing with Control Group.The difference has statistical significance(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion Implement health education by clinical pathway to nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients performed radiation therapy can improve the quality of health education,increase patients' satisfaction,reduce radiation therapy complications,alleviate patients'pain,and it's helpful to implement the radiation therapy and promote the quality of life.
