摘 要:考察了核电站用钛板换热器裂纹和穿孔等失效现象,采用断口分析、表面宏观和微观形态分析、材料化学成分分析、金相组织分析等方法分析换热器失效原因。结果表明:钛板换热器成形加工的强烈变形区存在较严重的损伤缺陷,并且在工作中存在振动,是导致钛板换热器疲劳开裂失效的主要原因;海水侧微粒的冲蚀作用是换热钛板穿孔失效的主要原因。The cracks,perforation failure phenomena of the titanium plate heat exchanger in the nuclear power plant were examined in this article.The fracture,macro-and micro-morphology,material composition and microstructure analysis methods were used to analysis the reason for the failures of heat exchanger.The results showed that it is the serious damage defects formed in the strong deformation zone of titanium heat exchanger during formation process and the vibration during service process,caused the failure of titanium heat exchanger by fatigue cracking.The perforation failure of plate was caused by the abrasion of the micro-particles from sea water.
