摘  要:[目的]研究电子废弃物拆解对人体8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine,8-OH-DG)水平的影响,分析相关影响因素。[方法]对浙江台州某电子废弃物拆解地区进行卫生行为学调查,采集280名拆解区女性(暴露区209名,对照区71名)的生物样本(尿液,血液)并测定了尿中8-OH-DG的含量,采用多元回归分析血中Cu、Fe等与8-OH-DG的相关性。[结果]从事酸洗工艺的拆解者体内8-OH-DG的水平相比正常对照区人群升高,职业拆解人群的8-OH-DG水平与其血清中铜、钾、锌的含量、手工拆解和焚烧工艺呈现负相关,与血清中铁的含量、年龄、酸洗工艺呈现正相关。[结论]电子废弃物拆解中从事酸洗工艺的人群受影响较大,其尿液中8-OH-DG水平升高。[Objective] To study on the impact of e-waste dismantling on the level of 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine and the related index in female. [Methods] We investigated the processing of e-waste recycling villages with a long-history e-waste dismantling in Taizhou of Zhejiang, a total of 280 females including occupational exposure group ( 209) and control group (71) were surveyed on their medical behaviors. The level of 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine of urine were measured, and the relativity between 8-OH-DG concentration and heavy metals (Cu、Fe、et al.) in blood-samples were analyzed by using a multiple regression method. [Results] The level of 8-OH-DG in exposed people working on acid-bath process in E-waste recycling were found higher than that of control group, and it showed positive correlation with Fe concentration in blood samples, age and acid-bath process. At the same time, it was found negative correlated with concentration of Cu, K and Zn in serum, manual operating and incineration process. [Conclusion] E-waste dismantling activity had a great impact on the level of 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine and the related index in female, and the level of their urine 8-OH-DG increased.
