摘　　要：[目的]了解重庆市区街头暗娼(commercial sex works,CSWs)艾滋病(AIDS)知识水平、行为状况和态度,为有效地开展艾滋病干预工作提供参考。[方法]采取随机抽样的方法对街头暗娼进行面对面匿名问卷调查。[结果]共调查街头暗娼238名,年龄20～35岁,占86.55%,年龄中位数是21.4岁;文化程度低,以小学文化程度为主,占56.30%。她们对艾滋病的传播和预防知识知晓率低,及格知晓率为49.96%。过去1月内发生商业性行为时不使用和较少使用安全套的人占36.55%。在过去6个月中出现生殖、泌尿系统症状的人占74.49%,其中到正规医疗机构就医的人占15.16%,了解艾滋病的主要渠道为电视,占72.08%。[结论]重庆市区街头暗娼对艾滋病传播及预防的知识偏低,并存在易感染艾滋病的不安全行为,必须加大力度提高这类人群的艾滋病防治知识和防范意识,以期更好的控制艾滋病经性传播的途径。[Objective] To identify the levels of AIDS knowledge, behaviors and attitudes among street female sex workers in three districts of Chongqing, so as to provide scientific evidence for behavior intervention targeting commercial sex workers. [Methods] A structured questionnaire was anonymously administered by face-to-face investigation to CSWs in the three districts of Chongqing. [Results] A total of 238 CSWs were investigated. Most of them were at the age of 20 to 35 years, which accounted for 86.55%, and their Medium age was 21.4 years old. The education levels of them were low. Most of them had received primary school education, which accounted for 56.30%. The rates of AIDS awareness about the transmission route and preventive methods were quite poor, the passing proportion of knowing AIDS basic facts was 49.96%. In the past month, 36.55% of them had not used or less used condom during the sexual intercourse. In the past six months, 74.49% of them once had symptomatic of genitourinary system, and only 15.16% of them choose to see doctors in public medical establishment. Most of them got knowledge about AIDS through TV, which accounted for 72.08%. [Conclusion] The baseline data showed that levels of AIDS knowledge among commercial sex workers were low. The high risk behaviors are common. It is the high time to increase efforts to improve the levels of AIDS knowledge and attitudes among commercial sex workers in Chongqing to get better control of the sexual transmission of AIDS
