大学生甲型H1N1流感知识认知与免疫需求情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]掌握大学生对甲型H1N1流感知识的认知情况,分析存在的问题,结合学校实际情况,有重点的进行健康教育。同时,了解大学生对甲型H1N1流感疫苗接种的接受情况和接种需求,为进一步扩大疫苗接种的范围,遏制甲型H1N1流感疫情的进一步扩散提供依据。[方法]根据调查目的自行设计调查问卷。对不同学校、不同年级、不同学科专业的学生进行分层整群抽样,对收集到的资料进行统计分析。[结论]在校大学生虽然对甲型H1N1流感的临床表现、传播途径、预防等知识有一定程度的了解,但了解得仍不够深入和细致,而且还存在一些错误的认识。由于学校或专业的性质不同,医学院校或医学专业的大学生对甲型H1N1流感知识的掌握要好于非医学院校或非医学专业的大学生,应进一步加强学校的健康教育,提高防范传染病的意识。[Objective] To learn about cognitive for knowledge, analyze the existed problems, and perform health education combination with the current status in college. Meanwhile, we understand the acceptance status and requirement for inoculation of H1N1 influenza A, so as to extend the acceptance scope of vaccine and provide statistics for controlling influenza. [ Methods] Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students from different schools, grades and majors who stratified by cluster sampling, and the results of the sampling were analyzed statistically. [Conclusion] Although in-school college students have some knowledge on the clinical manifestation, route of transmission and prevention of Influenza A H1N1 influenza, their knowledge was insufficient and not enough, sometimes even with some wrong knowledge. For the different schools and majors, students from medical sehoo/s or medical majors had better understanding of Influenza A H1NI influenza than from those from other schools or majors. Health education should be strengthened by schools so as to increase students＇ prevention against Influenza A H1N1 influenza.
