摘  要:为消除热轧SNCM 220低合金钢板中的带状组织缺陷,研究了采用板坯连铸时动态轻压下工艺、提高板坯加热温度以及降低卷取温度等工艺措施对其组织的影响。结果表明:在现有工艺条件下,采用以上三种措施后,能抑制钢组织中先共析铁素体的生成、促进奥氏体向贝氏体的转变,从而有效消除其带状组织缺陷。In order to eliminate the banded structure defects in hot-rolled SNCM 220 steel plates,the effects of improvement measures such as dynamic soft reduction technology,increasing the plate heating temperature and decreasing the crimping temperature on the microstructure during continuous casting of the plate slab were investigated.The results show that under the existing condition,using the above three measurements could prevent the formation of the pro-eutectoid ferrite and improve the transformation from the austenite to bainite in the plate, and thus could effectively eliminate the banded structure defects.
