摘 要:目的:通过建立大鼠骨质疏松模型,观察淫羊藿对骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法:将54只3~4月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组,假手术组(SHAM组)、卵巢切除组(OVX组)和卵巢切除+淫羊藿组(EP组)。建模手术后8周确认大鼠形成骨质疏松则开始给药,实验组给予淫羊藿药汁5.36 g/(kg·d)灌胃,其余两组用等量生理盐水灌胃。分别在第12周和第20周处死大鼠,取血清观察各组骨代谢情况。结果:①术后8、12、20周OVX组、EP组比SHAM组大鼠体重增加快(P<0.05)。②血清生化指标观察,20周时OVX组的血清中P含量比SHAM组明显减少(P<0.05);12周时EP组的血清骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)含量比OVX、SHAM组显著升高(P<0.01)。第20周时EP组的血清骨钙素(BGP)与OVX组比较有显著升高(P<0.05)。第12周与第20周各指标前后比较,20周时OVX组及SHAM组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)值均增加(P<0.05),血清BALP值均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:切除大鼠双侧卵巢8周后可成功建立骨质疏松症模型;Objective: To study the influence of Epimedium on bone metabolism in osteoporotic rats. Methods: 54 female SD Rats (3-4-month-old) were divided into three groups by randomized block design, which were Sham-operated groups (SHAM), ovafieetomized group (OVX) and Epimedium with ovariectomized rats group (EP). When the osteoporotie model was established at 8^th weeks, daily oral administration of EP[5.36 g/(kg. d)] started in EP group, and rats in Sham and OVX groups were given vehicle accordingly. The rats were killed at 12^th week and 20^th week respectively, the serum was taken to analyze the biochemical markers of rats. Results: The weight of OVX group and EP group rats increased faster. At 20^th week, the level of P was significantly decreased in the OVX group compared with the SHAM group.The level of BALP was significantly increased in the EP group compared with two other groups at 12^th week. At 20^th week, the level of BGP in the EP group was significantly increased too. The levels of B-ALP were significantly decreased at 20^th week compared with 12^th week in all groups. Conclusion: Osteoporotic model was established at 8^th week by ovariectomizing rats. The results support a general beneficial effect of Epimedium on bone metabolism in osteoporotie rats.
