摘  要:对比测试了丙烯酸、环氧树脂、有机硅、陶瓷有机硅和氟碳树脂等5种有机涂层在镁合金压铸件上的附着力、铅笔硬度、光泽度以及耐盐雾性能,并对各涂层工艺进行了经济成本核算和技术经济评价。结果表明,不同的有机涂层具有不同的技术经济特性。环氧树脂涂层在腐蚀防护上具有显著的技术经济优势;陶瓷有机硅涂层和氟碳树脂涂层在硬度、光泽度方面性能突出,但耐蚀性一般且成本高,技术经济特性一般;有机硅涂层各项性能适中,且成本低廉,经济性能较好;丙烯酸树脂涂层成本低廉,但耐蚀性能差,制约了涂层的应用,缺乏技术经济优势。The adhesion, hardness, finish and salt spray resistance of five kinds of organic coatings, such as acrylic, epoxy, silicone, ceramic silicone and fluorocarbon, on magnesium alloy die castings were examined comparatively, and availability of the coatings was evaluated in term of economic cost and technical economy. The results reveal that different organic coatings posses different technical economic characteristics. Epoxy resin coating exhibits significant technical economic advantages in corrosion protection, and ceramic silicone and fluorocarbon resin coatings are prominent in hardness and finish, however the corrosion resistance exhibits relatively lower with high cost, showing a lower technical economy, and silicone coating has comprehensive performance and low cost, revealing better technical economy. Although acrylic coating is cheap, poor corrosion resistance restricts its application, deteriorating technical economy.
