摘 要:复杂的四缸发动机缸体采用消失模铸造比普通砂型铸造具有显著的优越性。阐述了缸体泡沫模样工艺性分析以及模片切分原理;经分析比较,缸体泡沫模样的模片切分最终采用水平分型与竖直分型相结合的工艺方案,合理地考虑了铝合金缸体发泡模具成型工艺性、收缩、粘结负数等因素。该模具结合Pro/E软件强大参数化建模技术,实现了泡沫模样与模具设计同步进行,缩短了设计周期。EPC is greatly superior to common sand mold casting in producing complicated engine four-cylinder block. Processibility analysis and mould cutting principle of cylinder block foam pattern were expounded. Mould cutting of cylinder block foam pattern finally adopted a technological scheme that was horizontal pattern combining with vertical pattern by comparative analysis, in which processibility, contraction and cementing negative was reasonably considered. Combined with parameterization modeling technology in Pro/E software, the foamed plastic pattern and mould design were synchronously performed with the decrease of designed time.
