摘  要:忽略应力对预应力筋锈蚀的影响,将预应力筋浇筑于混凝土中,外加直流电流加速锈蚀以获取锈蚀预应力筋试件,并对其力学性能进行了研究.结果表明:随着锈蚀率的增大,预应力筋极限强度与极限应变退化;锈蚀对预应力钢丝弹性模量无影响,但钢绞线弹性模量却随锈蚀率的增大而降低.锈蚀预应力筋的本构关系可表示为双直线模型,且随着锈蚀率的增大逐渐退化为单直线,理论模型和试验曲线符合程度较高.Mechanical properties of corroded prestressed tendons were considered for the durability evaluation of prestressed concrete structures.It was verified that the stress has limited effect on corrosion rate of steel wire by corrosion tests for steel wires under high tensile stress and the effect may be neglected in the accelerated corrosion test.Prestressed tendons were placed in concrete and corroded by direct current to them.Through tensile tests,the mechanical behaviors of these corroded tendons were studied.The test results indicate that the ultimate strength,the ultimate strain of the prestressed tendons and the elastic modulus of strand deteriorate with the development of the corrosion.The corrosion rate has little effect on the elastic modulus of steel wires.The constitutive model of corroded prestressed tendons can be expressed as a bilinear model,and the model will deteriorate to the single straight line model with the development of the corrosion.It is found that the theoretical results are in good agreement with the test results.
