摘 要:选择7种变形控制加载速率(0.3~30.0 mm/min),采用电液伺服控制材料万能试验机测试了两种典型水泥沥青砂浆静态单轴抗压荷载下的应力-应变全曲线,分别获得了其峰值应力和弹性模量随加载速率变化的基本规律.基于建立的数学关系式对试验数据进行拟合,定量描述了加载速率对水泥沥青砂浆力学性能的影响.结果表明:沥青与水泥质量比(mA/mC)较低的水泥沥青砂浆其峰值应力和弹性模量相对较高,呈脆性材料特征;mA/mC较高的水泥沥青砂浆其峰值应力和弹性模量相对较低,呈韧性材料特征.随加载速率的增大,两种典型水泥沥青砂浆的峰值应力和弹性模量均呈增大趋势.然而,高mA/mC水泥沥青砂浆的速率影响因子是低mA/mC水泥沥青砂浆的6~10倍.随加载速率的增大,较高mA/mC的水泥沥青砂浆产生了韧-脆转化现象.The influence of loading rate on the mechanical properties of two typical cement asphalt mortars(CAMs) with varied asphalt to cement ratio(m_A/m_C) was studied.Uniaxial compressive stress-strain curves of the two CAMs were tested by the MTS(material testing system) at different displacement rates ranging from 0.3 mm/min to 30.0 mm/min.The correlation between peak strength or elastic modulus and loading rate was acquired and experimental data were fitted to the presumed mathematical formula that is proven applicable for other materials.Thereby,the influence of displacement rates on the mechanical properties of such two different CAMs was successfully expressed quantitatively.The results indicate that the peak strength and the elastic modulus of CAMs with low m_A/m_C are obviously higher than those of CAMs with higher m_A/m_C.The former is characterized by brittleness while the later is known as a tough material.Although the peak strength and the elastic modulus of both CAMs tend to increase with the increasing loading rate,the rate-influencing factor of CAMs with high m_A/m_C is about 6 to 10 times of that of CAMs with low m_A/m_C.For CAMs with high m_A/m_C,the increased loading rate leads to a tough-brittle transition.
