摘 要:采用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、氯化钠、纯净水研制了热致调光材料,测试了不同配比下该材料的热致转变温度、光谱透过率.通过数值分析,研究了热致调光中空玻璃窗模型的热致浑浊转变速度,并通过实际测试比较了热致调光中空玻璃窗与普通中空玻璃窗及Low-E中空玻璃窗的辐射透过率.结果表明:羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、氯化钠、纯净水的质量比为2∶10∶100时,可以满足实际建筑热致转换需求,以此配比研制的热致调光中空玻璃窗应用于亚热带地区建筑,能自动阻隔夏季约90%的太阳辐射热量,而冬季又能透射约70%的太阳辐射能.Thermally induced switching temperature,spectral transmittance of thermotropic materials manufactured by a different mixing proportion of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC),sodium chloride and pure water was measured.Switching speed from transparent state to light scattering state of thermotropic layer in double glazing window was analyzed with numerical simulation.Radiation transmittance was tested on sample of thermotropic double glazing window,double glazing window and low-E double glazing window.Results show that thermotropic double glazing window can reduce about 90% of solar heat radiation in summer automatically,and permit about 70% of solar heat radiation to be transmitted in subtropical area at the optimum mixing proportion of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC),sodium chloride and pure water to be 2∶10∶100 by mass.
