摘  要:利用搓磨分丝和高浓磨浆工艺技术得到麦草和蔗渣机械浆,并部分替代蔗渣化学浆制备墙体装饰材料.研究了麦草和蔗渣机械浆的添加量对墙体装饰材料外观颜色、挺度、拉伸性能和保温隔热性能的影响及物理性能变化的机理.结果表明:随着麦草和蔗渣机械浆添加量的增加,墙体装饰材料的挺度呈先增加后降低的趋势,且麦草、蔗渣机械浆添加量为50%,40%(质量分数)时挺度最大,比未添加麦草和蔗渣机械浆的墙体装饰材料分别提高9.36%,8.62%,墙体装饰材料的导热系数逐渐降低,当麦草和蔗渣机械浆添加量为50%时,其导热系数比未添加麦草和蔗渣机械浆的墙体装饰材料(导热系数为0.179 W/(m.K))分别降低15.64%,24.58%;添加麦草和蔗渣机械浆能明显降低墙体装饰材料的成本.Mechanical pulp of wheat straw and bagasse was obtained by using technology of twisting up and high concentration refining.The product can partly replace the chemical pulp for wall decoration.The effect of addition of the mechanical pulp on appearance,stiffness,tensile,thermal insulation were investigated.It is shown that upon the increase of the addition of the mechanical pulp,the stiffness increases at first and then tends to decrease.It reaches peak to the increment to 9.36% and 8.62% at the addition of 50% of stram pulp and 40% of bagasse pulp(by mass).Conductivity with the addition of 50% stram pulp or bagasse pulp,thermal conductivity decreases by 15.64% and 24.58% respectively in compartsion with no mechanical pulp(thermal conductivity is 0.179 W/(m·K)).In addition,the cost of wall material is obviously decreased by adding mechanical pulp.
