摘　　要：主要介绍了ZMA080型转向架构架与上海轨道交通1、2号线原SF2100型转向架构架的主要结构区别,介绍了ZMA080型转向架构架的强度计算结果、疲劳强度试验结果和线路动应力试验结果。计算结果和试验结果均表明ZMA080型转向架构架均满足有关标准要求和国内地铁A型车的运营要求。This paper presents the results of strength calculation,fatigue test and on-line dynamic stress test of ZMA080 bogie frame for metro A-type vehicle, in which the structural differences between the bogie frame of ZMA080 and SF2100 used in Shanghai Metro Line 1 ＆ Line 2 are analyzed. The calculation and test results show that ZMA080 bogie frame could meet the requirements of the related standards and the operation in A-type vehicle used in metro lines of China.
