摘　　要：如何在信阳文化资源的开发和利用中充分体现生态文明的内涵要求,是时代提出的一项崭新课题。充分发挥政府的生态管理职能,积极创建生态型特色文化产业,着力培育文化资源开发建设的生态意识和人文氛围,正确看待文化资源开发中的保护与发展、继承和创新的关系。How the cultural resources of Xinyang in the development and utilization of the full embodiment of the connotation of ecological civilization is the era of a new topic.Government should give full play to the eco-management functions,and actively create ecological characteristics of cultural industries,foster the development and construction of cultural resources and cultural awareness of the ecological environment,deal with the development of cultural resources in the protection and development of the relationship between inheritance and innovation.
