气相色谱法测定海水中氧、氮和总无机碳

摘　　要：本文首次用国产Sp-2305型气相色谱仪中双气路,分别以5A分子筛和GDX-104色谱柱,在船上现场测定了西太平洋、南海北部和珠江口外5个站位不同深度(0—4000m)海水中DO、N_2和∑CO_2含量的剖面分布,与Weiss现场测定的东太平洋结果相似。船上实验采用了防震措施,消除了船震影响;讨论了进样体积和样品的保存方法;用化学方法现场测定海水中DO的对照实验,获得了可靠的实验结果。The present paper describes gas-chromatographic determination of dissoluble oxygen, nitrogen and total inorganic carbon in seawater from 0 to 4000m at five stations of different depth in the West Pacific Ocean, the northern part of South China Sea and the outer sea of Zhujiang River Estuary, and gives their section distributions. The double gas channels of the home made gas-chromato-grapher SP-2305 was for the first time applied for determination,and the experiment was made with a 5A molecular sieve and GDX-104 chromalographic column, respectively. The results are similar to those determined in-situ by Weiss in the East Pacific Ocean.
