摘　　要：目的分析RCAS1在再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓上清及骨髓基质细胞培养上清中的表达。方法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法测定17例再生障碍性贫血患者及18例正常对照骨髓上清及骨髓基质细胞培养上清中sRCAS1水平。结果①再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓上清中sRCAS1水平为(0.37±0.14)μg/L,正常对照为(0.09±0.11)μg/L(P<0.05)。②再生障碍性贫血患者基质细胞培养上清中sRCAS1水平为(1.00±0.08)μg/L,正常对照组为(0.81±0.05)μg/L(P<0.05)。结论再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓上清及骨髓基质细胞培养上清中sRCAS1水平明显高于正常对照组。Objective To investigate the expression of RCAS1 in supernatant of bone marrow and of cultured bone marrow stromal cells from patients with aplastic anemia.Methods ELISA was used to determine the levels of RCAS1 in supernatant of bone marrow and of cultured bone marrow stromal cells from 17 patients with aplastic anemia and 18 healthy controls.Results ① In bone marrow supernatant,the RCAS1 expression was significantly stronger in aplastic anemia patients [（0.37±0.14）μg/L] than in normal controls [（0.09±0.11）μg/L]（P〈0.05）.②In bone marrow stromal cells supernatant,the RCAS1 expression was also stronger in anemia patients [（1.00±0.08）μg/L] than in normal controls [（0.81±0.05）μg/L]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Expression of RCAS1 in supernatant of bone marrow and of bone marrow stromal cells was much higher in aplastic anemia than in normal controls.
