摘 要:探讨了植物微透析取样前后探针体外回收率的变化情况。以植物激素为检测物,利用高效液相色谱仪进行测定,在每次微透析取样前、后测定微透析探针的体外回收率。结果表明:探针在最初使用时回收率相对偏低,接下来回收率会升高并达到最大值,然后逐渐下降;微透析探针在植物活体上取样可重复多次使用,且每次探针的体外回收率都各不相同,因此,在进行定量测定时,每次取样都须进行探针回收率的测定,以此来修正样品中待测物质的测定值。In this paper, we discussed changes in the invitro recovery of the microdialysis probe before and after microdialysis sampling from the plant in vivo. By using plant hormones as testing factors, we used the high performance liquid chromatograph ( HPLC ) to determine the invitro recovery of the microdialysis probe before and after microdialysis sampling each time. The test result shows that the initial invitro recovery of the microdialysis probe was relatively low, before its recovery kept increasing till it reached the maximum and then gradually decreased. The microdialysis probe can be repeatedly used to sample from the plant in vivo, and its invitro recovery was different from time to time. Therefore it is necessary to determine the invitro recovery of the microdialysis probe each time in order to correct the measurement value for each test sample.
