摘　　要：针对应急抢险事件的突发性和抢险任务的差异性,对完善保障预案、发展信息化动态管理、建立装备保障系统、组建维修保障队伍、精确化保障五个方面进行了分析,提出:既要总结已有经验又要不断创新发展,以便更好地完成抢险救灾的任务。In accordance with the suddenness of emergency events and the variety of risk-elimination tasks, the analysis is made from the aspects of the perfection of the guarantee plan, the development of informationized dynamic management, the establishment of equipment guarantee system, the organization of equipment maintenance guarantee force and the precise guarantee, and then it is put forward that not only the existed experiences are to be summarized, but the continual innovation and development are also to be carried out, so as to perfectly implement the task of risk-elimination and disaster relief concerned.
