摘　　要：在区域发展进程中,政府效用与公共效用之间边界模糊、利益碎片与共同利益之间难以聚合、行政组织与行政区划之间接口缺失、"代理人"与"代言人"之间的角色冲突,导致区域公共治理一体化进程中政治协调的障碍生成。区域逐渐增长的利益需求、制度安排、区域战略是区域政治协调的内在机理。政府职能、经济发展、社会整合是区域政治协调的主要层面。区域的公共利益平台、制度安排和政策体系是区域公共治理中政治协调的路径选择。In the course of regional development,the boundary between government effectiveness and public effectiveness is blurred.Fragmental interests and common interests are hard to converge,and the interface between the administractive organizations and administrative divisions becomes indistinct.Now,the role of 'agent' and 'spokesman' have gradually stepped into conflicts.It seems that all the realities in the social life happen to hinder the political coordination in the course of regional public governance.The ever-growing interests demand the regional public interests platform,institution arrangements and policy system be established as a path to coordinate in regional public governance.
