摘　　要：财产申报制度是防治腐败的科学机制之一,我国仿照西方也开始了建立官员财产申报制度的艰难探索。跟进性制度创新其实就是一种制度移植,基于此,本文以制度移植理论为研究工具,结合我国官员财产申报制度化面临的诸多困境与难题,对官员财产申报制度构建进行前瞻性审视与思考,并提出相关对策以期带来制度绩效的最大化。As one of the scientific mechanism of corruption prevention,properties declaration system is implimented by most countries.Learning from western countries,China also began to explore how to absorb the experience.This article puts institutional transplantation as a research tool,and try to combine it with the difficulties and problems of the Institutionalized process of the properties.Evetually,we ponder in advance to the construction of properties declaration system and puts forward countermeasures for the best institutional performance.
