摘  要:提出7500t浮式起重机吊钩的参数化设计方案,以ANSYS软件为开发平台,实现了吊钩的三维参数化有限元建模,并根据吊钩的实际工作情况,提出综合考虑强度、重量、约束的优化设计方法。其方法和思路可供类似设计问题借鉴。A design scheme is put forward for the lifting hook of a 7,500-ton floating crane and then a three-dimen- sional parameterized finite element modeling of the hook is carried out using ANSYS software as the development platform. Upon taking into consideration the actual working condition of the lifting hook, an optimization design method is put forward that takes into account strength, weight and constraints in a comprehensive Way. Reference can be made to the methodology and train of thought employed herein when tackling similar design issues.
